Click the QR code above to launch the mobile app to upload your transaction receipt(s) via a smartphone. You can also click the APP UPLOAD LINK and copy the url on your smartphone.
SCANNING/SENDING YOUR DOCUMENTS
Documents on your computer of phone may be sent as pdf, Word, Excel, JPG or PNG. Note that PDF format is preferred. Documents not on your computer can be scanned with any standard printer/scanner, canned as pdf, then uploaded. Documents not on your phone can be scanned by taking a picture on your phone and sent as an image or use a pdf file converter or scanner app.
