Welcome to Insurance Agent Bookkeeping (“IAB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and bookkeeping services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before subscribing or submitting any information.

 

1. Service Description

IAB provides monthly bookkeeping and accounting support services specifically designed for independent insurance agents.
Our services include:

• Tracking and categorizing income and expenses per Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

• Preparing monthly and annual Profit & Loss (P&L) Statements.

• Optional reconciliation of business banking accounts.

• Year-end summaries for tax preparation purposes.

Services are provided through a monthly subscription model. Clients are responsible for submitting accurate and complete financial documents (such as commission statements and expense receipts) for processing.

 

2. Subscription and Billing

All services are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Payment is processed automatically using the billing information provided at sign-up.

By subscribing, you authorize IAB to charge your chosen payment method each month until the subscription is canceled.

Once a monthly payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued. You may, however, cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing admin@insuranceagentbookkeeping.com.

Upon cancellation, a final P&L Statement will be provided for your records, and no further payments will be processed after the cancellation date.

 

4. Confidentiality

IAB maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client data, including Personally Identifiable Information (PII), income, commissions, expenses, and other business-related information.

Your information will never be sold, shared, or disclosed outside of IAB, except as required by law or with your written consent.

 

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no online system is completely secure, and you acknowledge that you share data with us at your own discretion and risk.

 

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and timely financial documentation.

• Maintaining copies of all submitted records.

• Notifying IAB promptly of any discrepancies or concerns in their bookkeeping reports.

IAB is not responsible for delays or inaccuracies resulting from incomplete or missing information.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate bookkeeping services, IAB does not offer tax, legal, or investment advice.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

 

8. Changes to Terms

IAB reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
